Last month, we ordered several LED strips, a driver, and a remote control. Upon delivery, the remote control didn't work. However, we promptly received a new one, after which everything worked perfectly. We absolutely recommend this company and product! I'm totally converted! What a positive change the LED strips have brought to our space! Atmospheric and a chic look! Fast delivery, incredibly easy to install and assemble, and great, helpful advice!
