We charge a delivery fee of €35 per order. Pick-up is free (Amsterdam region)

For delivery, a lead time of 3-6 working days applies. In combination with products that have a longer lead time, we will apply the longer lead time.

Delivery

- Our Fulfilment Center 2Deliver will contact you within 1 working day to coordinate the delivery details.
- You will receive a live location of the delivery and will be called approximately half an hour before arrival.
- Our team will coordinate further details with you.

Pickup

- How to arrange: Please send an email to TA@2deliver.info with your preferred date and time to schedule an appointment. Our team will then contact you to confirm the appointment.

- Location: Fulfilment Center (black building with Loods 5 on it), Handelsweg 26a, West-Knollendam (near Amsterdam).
- Times: Pickup is possible between 07:00 and 16:30 by appointment.

Our delivery driver will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. You will receive another message from us once your order is on its way.

Yes, you can! You can pick up your order in the Amsterdam area. Our 240 and 270 panels often fit in almost any car (e.g., Volkswagen Polo, Mini Cooper).

If you choose the 'pickup' delivery option during checkout, we will contact you to arrange an appointment.

You can return your order within 14 days of purchase by sending an email to info@akusticpanel.com.

Returns are only possible if the products are unopened and undamaged in their original packaging. The return costs are for your own account.

If your return request is accepted, you can send the order back at your own expense or bring it in person (by appointment only).
